The visual essay that I created for the midterm project, bluntly saying, did not have much of my effort into it. I tried to make my argument strong, however, I think what was really lacking was the use of my resources. The essay was not backed up by enough evidence. There weren’t many references but rather just statements. Although I had some strong ideas, I think I did not develop them fully and reach a conclusion. They were sort of left hanging and unfinished. I tried to do a lot of specific writing to involve the reader more into the text. I personally actually love that way of writing. Even thinking about what specific details you should give the reader so that they understand what you are talking about but not quite yet; it made me very excited to write my ideas in that style.
