My Montage focuses on the fetishism/sexualisation of African women in the media mostly through photography. I collaged images together that I got from the Mid-Manhattan Photo Collection each frame depicting the progression of the depiction of Black women and how these images developed to become more sexualised. Each one with a changing background and woman but a blue sky to keep them cohesive.
