I am BFA Photography student at Parsons The New School for Design.  I am pursuing a career as a fashion photographer and videographer.  As an image maker, I hope to explore how beauty and appearance are perceived through new image technology.  I hope to challenge how the image of the body is presented in visual culture.  The objectification of the body in photography has created a vain, consumerist culture.  I believe that fashion can be more than a sexual façade presented to the world and as an image maker will explore ways of presenting the image of the body in a realistic, practical, and inspiring way.
