Julia Ott, Associate Professor of History and Director of the Robert L. Heilbroner Center for Capitalism Studies, spoke on a panel about the historic relationship between gender relations and the workings of the capitalist economy at Gender and Capitalism in Twentieth-Century France and the United States in early April. Ott also presented “Tax Preference and Racial Privilege in Postwar America,” at the Economic Justice Speaker Series in late March.
