Below is a photo of my sketchbook, where I documented Antoine’s experience within the space, and the conversation we had about my site intervention. I explained to him my idea’s and he provided me with great feedback.

I then asked him to observe the people within the space, what they did, how they acted, how they used the space, and asked him to try and focus on the amount of time each person spent here.. He then noticed that almost no one spends more than 1 minute in the lobby.
