Blocks Problem

I initially made wire and clay sculptures as the first iteration of the assignment (photo 1). After working on the blocks during class time and looking at examples online, I decided to make wire sculptures with string wrapped around them (photo 2).  This didn’t work out the way I wanted it to because of the scale and wire I was using.As a third iteration I tried to make a larger scale pyramid structure out of wire and wrap it all in pink embroidery floss (photo 3). Then I was introduced to the wood shop. I decided to cut triangles out of wood and sand them to create a pyramid structure.
