Tool Kit Policy

Effective Date: May 03, 2019

Sustainability For All

The purpose is to expose that sustainability is only available to the wealthy as of right now, and should be a standard practice for all buildings. The population of people who have access to sustainable living is lower than the amount of people who don’t this means that more people are wasting more than they should. The containers are used to represent this deficit. We offer sustainable solutions by showing materials and a project that embodies what sustainable design should be. In addition there is a case study between public housing and a LEED certified building in the city. The building in the city has vacancies and rich people who buy space and leave it. The public housing is non sustainable and filled to capacity. This tool kit is made for town hall meetings, architecture firms and urban planners in order to point out this flaw. Green building design companies such as LEED themselves can use this tool kit as a way to promote their cause.

In order to reduce inefficient energy consumption, we require that all new building proposals satisfy LEED requirements, and all existing buildings implement sustainable strategies.
