じこしょかい (Japanese 1-A)

Hi, my name is Fée Brandt, I will be 19 years old in 1 month, and I am from Germany and China, but I was born in Paris France, that’s why my name Fée is in French. “Fée” literally means fairy.

I am a freshman in the New School, Parsons School of Design. My major is Integrated Design. I want to learn more about Performing Art and Design Art in my time in Parsons.

I want to learn Japanese because firstly I love Japan, especially its culture and its art. I have visited Japan for 3 times already, and I fell in love at first sight.

Secondly, I love watching Japanese Anime, and I am planning to go to Japan to study character design for future summer school or Graduate school.

Thirdly, I love the architecture of the city, the people and also the FOOOD!

I don’t eat fish, so, unfortunately, I cannot eat Sushi, but I still got to enjoy CURRY! Omelet rice, Udon, and also Miso Soup.

I am very excited to learn more about Japan!
