Some Pacheedaht elders support protest, despite statement from chief and council. The dispute over blockades aimed at preventing old-growth trees from being logged in Pacheedaht territory on southwest Vancouver Island. It is hard to consider both the economics and the environment by the same time, and it need people to consider the sustainable.
