Looking back to my dress practice log, the idea that occurred the most would be “appropriate”. Every day before I wear my clothes, I would think about the weather, what I’ll be doing for the day, who I’ll be seeing. I will then make the decision, and choose the most appropriate clothes for the day. I don’t think I tried to emphasize any style of me when I’m wearing clothes, but I do have my own style when buying clothes. When buying clothes, I like to buy those ones with interesting designs. So even though I wear my clothes appropriately, they still have its own interesting style, and can still fulfill the purpose of use. I would usually wear simple and tight clothes during days that I have a lot of classes, so it’s easier for me to work. As for the days that I’m not as busy, I would wear the more “fancy” clothes. But I never buy clothes that are too extravagant, I still like my clothes to be more on the simple side, but with good texture and materials.
