Experience of drawing a live nude model…
Before taking this class I had never drawn another person nude live. It’s definitely an experience, one that I’m now glad that I have. But its was initially awkward in my opinion. Besides never having drawn someone nude live before, I’d never been in a classroom with someone naked before. It really did take me most of the first class to get used to it and comfortable. But after the first time it wasn’t awkward anymore.
After this experience I feel like I have a much better understanding of the human body. Drawing it many times over and over will eventually give you that understanding.
