Kamal and I decided to collaborate for this project. Given our interest in film we thought it Leila be a great idea to hold a student film festival at the Social Justice Hub. By doing this students would be empowered because it’s their movies, their messages, their stories the ones to be showcased. The topic of the festival of course is Social Justice, and our ad campaign started with a big poster at the cafeteria.
After that was done we decided to make electronic advertisement by sending some emails to our teachers, and making a Facebook page. We have received some interest and even one movie already!
