Reflection on the Baldwin Rivera Boggs Social Justice Hub Assignment
Looking back, I would change the fact that it is movies first, social justice second. I think instead of it being a film festival, it should be a social justice festival to celebrate diversity, and each festival could have a theme, one could be film, another one could be drawing, etc. This would make sure it is a reunion to make community between people that look for social justice and not opportunities to show their art and talent. The way it was designed was flashy, with a big poster at the cafeteria and internet presence. I would change this to be a more low key and social justice hub advocates oriented thing.
