A bouncy ball
Moves slow when it gets dropped from its highest point in the air then moves faster in the middle (ease in). As the ball falls, it gets elongated like a standing oval. The ball slows down once again as it hits the ground (ease out). Also, as the ball comes in contact with the ground, the ball gets squashed. When the ball bounces back, it gets elongated again in the middle, but the highest point is lower than the point where the ball was first dropped. This cycle continues and the highest point for each bounce becomes lower. Eventually, the ball stops bouncing as its highest point comes too low and comes in close contact with the ground. Fewer frames exist in the middle while more frames are required at its highest and lowest points. Also, the ball elongates and squashes less, the more it bounces.
Fish swimming
Body and tail are very flexible and move in a wave motion. The head moves, then the body, and then finally the tail follows. Therefore, when the head is facing towards the right, the tail is facing left, and vice versa. The secondary movement would be the fins that move, also in wave motion, due to the combination of the movement of the body and the water. The fish moves really fast, eases in and eases out.
Kicking a ball
As the right-footed kicker approaches the ball, he leans forward and takes a rather big step with his left foot. As he is doing this, his right foot is about to begin following the left foot, slowly lifting up. When his left foot comes in contact with the ground, his leg is in an obtuse angle. His right foot lifts up in the air in the back, ready to swing and to kick the ball. His left leg straightens as his body leans more toward the ball and his right foot is ready to kick the ball. His right leg swings to kick the ball and his right foot finally comes in contact with the ball. As a follow through, his right leg still swings high up in the air even after he kicks the ball. Both of his arms swing up as a result, his right arm behind him and his left arm in front of him. Finally, his right leg comes slowly comes back down and then his arms. This movement can be seen as easing in as the right leg swings to come in the contact with the ball, then easing out after the right leg kicks the ball and swings high up in the air as a follow through.
