I found the movie very interesting and I learned a lot about the food industry. Unfortunately the “governemnt is dominated by the industries they were meant to be regulating” so it’s hard for local, small farmers to compete with the top companies. However, the consumer has more influence than they think and if they shop at local farmers markets or buy organically they can have a huge impact on the industry.
