Visual Commentary for Int Seminar

I saw this art piece in the Solomon Guggenheim Museum which reminded me of the reading of this week- objectify human beings.

People always say that they mean no offense or don’t judge people by their gender, race groups, social status, but people do it all the time in their head or actions.

When I read the article, I felt angry and sympathized the people who had suffered from unfair treatments. The society is building up hatred and boundaries among people and putting extra pressure on the minority.

I stopped at this art piece and thought about is our society getting better? In my personal experience, I am feeling the improvements and how people are getting more careful before they speak their minds, but I believe that every other person can be in a different situation than me.
