Research at the Brooklyn Strategist
We visited Brooklyn Strategist on our class visit on November 26. I learned what makes a game attractive and playable. First, the rule should be simple so that people can understand how to play it quickly. Also, a interesting theme might be add some fantastic visual elements and evoke some emotions. There should be a evolvement of randomness, strategies, and cooperation, also there could be abandon.

The strategy is not to be too anxious about getting forward because people might use some functional cards to reserve and mess up all the things. When meet some obstacles, players can use functional cards to help themselves by moving forward or backward.
I designed the game on laptop. Both the card and the board. I print the front side and reverse side on separate paper and stick them together with glue. I print the board on cotton because it can be folded to a small piece and it is more firm than paper.
I used oven-baked clay to make the dice and chess, and unfortunately, I broke the microwave while baking because I put foil paper in it.
