The book STARTING OVER I bought is a story of a divorced man starting over his new life as a single man. He fell in love with another divorced women and got on the track of getting married again. It gives me a felling of the helpless cycle of life. We thought we have jumped out of a difficult position and starting a brand new life. But actually we are just falling into the same old trap again. So I cut the book into several layers with the same pattern. The innermost layer is a small book without heart, meaning that we forget the original heart as trapping in same difficult situation over and over agin. The deconstructed book can be placed both 2D and 3D like a detachable sculpture.
