Who wants to be an economist.
When first reading the text. It is quickly shown to the reader that there is a crisis emerging. Students where trying to start a movement of creating a more sustainable world. over all the readying covers how people are more consumed with growth and not balance. And due to this disunity there becomes chaos in the world. This leads into Ideas of how to better care for the planet and its people. Firstly a principle brought up was the idea of circular economics and the theme of making the global market more of a cycle and less of a cradle to grave in terms of thinking. This can be done by looking at how to create uses for items after the original function has become obsolete. this prompts a cleaner way of thinking and also I longer life cycle for the product at large. In the reading over there where a couple problems she pointed out but the ones that sparked my interest. The first one was lack of parenting. This for me was interesting due to the fact that as I’m growing older and I starting to see how much of an influence parents can have on there children. My father use to always just throw away all are trash in one bin. So growing up I was always doing the same, it was a while before I learned was reusing was. Also another one that was interesting was inequality in the world and its cause for problems in the world over all there two topics really was interesting for me to see. The last thing that was interesting was the doughnut cycle. It was an interesting idea of meeting peoples needs first and then after that working on long term goals. This over all was a created was to deal with the worlds problems. If it was able to be implemented then I think it could help change a lot in the world. The only thing that I have as a question is. what are steps that someone could take to implement these ideas into the world, some of them are really good ideas the only problem is that they can be costly. another thing is people are use to the ways things are so to have change can be hard to implement it. So thats why I was wondering what would really need to change to get there ideas and programs into effect
