I did this project over the summer for my Parsons Challenge. It is about how we often overlook how plants are living organisms. We look at them as inanimate object however they are constantly growing, changing and reproducing. In order to show them being alive I decided to make them look like human, since the most living beings in our eyes are fellow human beings. I built a female form out of chicken wire and a stand for her then I filled it with volcanic rock and seed starter. While I did this I grew plants in seperate containers, once they matured enough I dug holes into the seed starter, planted them into her and allowed her to grow, change and reproduce
