For this project, I chose to make a pop-up card with the circuit in it. I looked online for inspiration and found a couple of pop-up cards I found interesting. At first, I wanted to make a card with a pop-up rose in the middle (with the red LED light in the center of the rose). However, I decided I wanted to make a pop-up card with an optical illusion. I found a Youtube tutorial for the pop-up card I wanted to make and downloaded a layout to follow in order to make the card.
After cutting everything out, I started thinking about ways to install the lights and how I should construct the circuit so that everything would look nice but still work. I laid down a pink background behind the pop up cut out and started to lay down the lights to form a parallel circuit.
