Practice video: Beautiful tortures
For my practice video I created a visual sequence in a performance arts style. The color I chose to focus on was black. The visuals represents graphic and almost torturous imagery that also has a sort of beauty to them. As for what the assignment had to address, I provided the chosen color for the theme, black. The assignment states that the color had to show up in an obvious and hinted way. Popping out with significance while not comping off as overwhelming, and being able to successfully include other colors while still signifying my chosen color(Black). I feel like I have clearly executed this in my video.

My final video hints at the story of death, guilt and paranoia. It has a point of view film style along with cuts and jump scares. The imagery that I chose are mostly macabre and sullen to fit the atmosphere. For my final video. I managed to use premiere tools that we learned in class. Such as cropping, trimming with the razor tool, sound correction, Pace adjustments,color correction, and adding music. I was able to execute these in my video.
