For this exercise, we were prompted to create a sound piece and collect sounds of our own making. My concept was focused on nostalgia and childhood.

I created a piece by using recordings that I already had, new recordings, and found audio from film and music. I then layered and added them together. I wanted my piece to have an aspect of consistency to it so I used a sound throughout the whole length in the background.

Overall, I really enjoyed the process of this project and I captured the atmosphere that I was hoping to. I would like to experiment with audible art in more depth.
