Black Swan

-The movie is related to the avatar scene because it develops the main character’s different personality throughout the story. Nina, which is a hard-working ballerina, has tried her best job to overcome the difficulties with performing the “black swan”. Her unbelievable wills to be a perfection and her desire merged into the character in the ballet play. She becomes the evil side of herself. She’s not fully aware of her overwhelmed conditions and her ambitious move takes her towards the tragic ending.

The biggest similarity I observed from the two avatars is that both of them as perfections in different philosophies. The opera of the Swan Lake matters to people who love performances; Worshiping the Buddha is an everyday practicing to the religious. And the biggest difference between the two avatars is that they tend to different aspects. The Amitābha as a wise and immortal God, he helps people to figure out their paths in life. But the black swan as a dark side of one’s soul and confuses people and results them to fall.
