Softball Experiment

First class work

We’ve been wrapping around the softballs with tapes, and we traced the lines of the shape. We made marks on the softball in order to indicate them later. We cut off the tapes and lie them flat on surface, then we redo the process on other pattern papers as our homework. It’s interesting to see an object with three dimensions transfer to two dimensions. It’s helping we observe an object graphically with a better understanding of forms. Sometimes the planes will shock you because the shapes could be non-relevant to your images.
