When i was a kid my moms friend use to bring us little swirly wood charms he cut out from juniper.
I felt nostalgic, and wanted to see how far i can go with cutting something small and delicate with big band saw machine. Also i used plywood, which is far away in quality from juniper, and not a hand tools appropriate for delicate work, i was just curious what can happen.
I broke a lot of pieces, but some of them were quite satisfying.
I also wanted to use dremel, which i never used up until this moment to make rounded edges. I wanted to achieve more beveled edge than sand paper would give me.
I broke one charm in this process too.
Overall i’m happy with experience i obtained.
