My fifth question was “How secure is the system of the turnstile?” I used a vector illustration to demonstrate my thought process. I feel that when I use vector images I have the power to control what I make more so than if I was using the medium of photography. I can create the lines, shapes, colors, and ideas clearly and easily, and illustrator makes it very easy to go back and edit my work once I’m done. When I think of security I think of a lock. I feel a sense of privacy and safety so I used a lock drawing a various colored boxes. This shows security but also the different colors represent the many different types people who pass through the subway each day.
