For my mycelium project, I decided to create a pencil holder. I made a mold in a cup and put a cylinder inside to create a cup shape. It is a practical design because it is an everyday item that has a simple and necessary use. I put all of my pens, pencils, and scissors inside a plastic cup, therefore this is a more sustainable solution because it was home grown.
