For my studio final, I did a 3D modelling of a womenswear section of a store. My research was about the relationship between interior design/organization of a store and its effects on different customer groups. So I chose to respond to my findings with my own interior design model. I preferred to do a luxury retail design because during my research process I realized that luxury store designers pay more attention to details compared to low end store designers. This is because of their different budgets for store organizations. Also while luxury stores change their display mechanisms, every time they change the collections displayed, low end stores prefer subtler and more plain structures in order to make them match with all of the collections. I was inspired by one of the previous collections of Dolce Gabbana, which include items inspired by the Roman and Byzantine Empires. My model reflects the collections theme. I used the same products of Dolce Gabbana but the design of the store is totally different because it is intended by my personal point of view as a respond. I tried lots of different materials and finally used foam core for the outer constructions of my design. For the details I used copper wires, textured papers, metal plates etc
