I plan to approach the class with energy and patience. I am not a strong drawer so I hope to improve my skills. I think a lot of techniques used in drawing are very applicable to my major, photography. I focus mostly on portraiture in photography so I thought it would be interesting to try something new with Places and Things. I hope this class will help me become more comfortable creating still life and landscape work. My experience will help me to become a better student, person and professional through discipline and challenge that the school provides. I plan on being an attentive member of discussion to engage the class.
