Bay Area, Ca
The Bay Area is very popular for many reasons. One, being San Francisco located on the bay is widely known for the massive earthquakes that the city has encountered. Or maybe San Francisco being the home of the most crooked street in the world known as Lombard Street. Another, is because Sausalito, (about a 25 minute ferry away from San Francisco) is known for some of the most expensive homes in the country overlooking the famous San Francisco city line and renowned Bay and Golden Gate Bridges. And of course the Bay Area is known for being home of the 2015, 2017 and 2018 NBA Champions, the Golden State Warriors Basketball team!
But me, I grew up in the suburbs about 25 minutes east of San Francisco in a small but growing town called Walnut Creek. Walnut Creek is known for its delicious cuisine and nice and friendly downtown area. People travel from cities hours away to Downtown Walnut Creek to dine and enjoy live jazz shows in the summer nights. I was lucky to grow up in such a diverse, friendly, and welcoming community just 25 minutes away from the amazing and famous San Francisco.
