For my systems of The Oculus, I chose Tourism which includes touring the Oculus, and the surrounding sites such as the 9/11 Memorial Museum and the 3 World Trade Center. With all of the Historical sites and a shopping mall right in the middle, many tourist spend time observing and shopping at this development.
Another system I chose was the transit system. With the subway trains going in and out of the Oculus, this makes it easier for locals and tourist to have access to these sites. There is train system access from the streets surrounding the area along with direct access into the Oculus leaving it convenient for train riders.
The Last system I chose was Consumerism. With a shopping mall in the middle of Lower Manhattan, this gives consumers a great place to shop. This system connects with tourism as many tourists who are visiting would most likely try to fulfill the shopping experience.
