For the following project I decided to create a food map, I chose to work on a food/energy source that is defined as most sustainable, which is New York’s tap water. My map is very simple in design and depiction, but is rather complicated when it comes to tracking our natural water source. In my map, I explicitly included the energy flows (gravity and radiation),the  upstream and the downstream of my item. The graphics are meant to be fun and simple to understand, showing the origins of our drinking water to mapping out the treatment it goes through to get into our water systems in our buildings and homes.
