Progress:
I use left over wire made the structure of dolphin in a simple look. And twined with teared plastic bag.
Final look:
I wish this decoration can notice people about the importance of ocean pollution. We are throwing tons of plastic into the ocean every year, which caused great harm to Marine life. The plastic could not only eaten by the Marine life, but also affect their regular lives.
