Futurism in Illustration: Feedback

I’m most likely going to need an area for projections which will be important so I’ll need a wall space for about 2×2 meters, I would really like a black out curtain as well and some panels in order to create the full experience. I’ll also be trying to create a better and more clearer narrative for my project and I would like the audience to experience the work through the form of a simulation. I feel like this encounter would be best perceived in a blackout environment with a surround sound system emitting the ‘sounds of the futuristic city’ onto the listener. I want the audience to have felt as if they’d just stepped into another world, to become as immersed as possible and feel the presence of something so far in the future we can only speculate its existence now. The lights and animations will be the most capturing part about the work and I hope to make these aspects the most prominently displayed. I would like the audience to first be a bit overwhelmed but then calmed into the environment and actually imagine they’re there and a part of the world I created and to leave at their own will when they please. The whole project is meant to be interpreted by the viewer alone but a lot of the contextual information will come from the illustrations themselves, I hope to create multiple scenes and different places, and times of day, in order to show the diversity of this future city, to make it easier to put yourself in the story. I hope to effectively communicate this information to my audience by making it very individual and a calming experience.
