Visiting the MET today was great. More so, viewing the sculpture garden on the roof of the MET was significant. I was constantly asking myself how these were sculpted and prepared. Each piece had intricate details and complimented each other. I also took some time to stand in front of sculptures on the lower level that had important poses, and drew them to practice my proportions in figure drawing. There was a clear distinction in sculptures that originated from the Greek and from the Ancient time.
