The style in which this Illustration is done, is not what I had in mind while ideating. If I had a little more time to execute this work, the illustration would be a lot more realistic and would probably use a 3 point perspective (ant’s eye view).
In our Studio class, we have already worked on a self portrait and yet this does not feel like a part of that. Even the smallest amount of time can change the way I perceive myself and that is terrifying.
I think this work talks about how light I feel. Going to Parsons makes me rethink my understanding of time. I just want to be a piece of cloth, drying. Unbothered.
