Step 1: Log Into Your Learning Portfolio!
LP SET-UP STEP 1
The Learning Portfolio (LP) is your place to document and record your personal story while in Parsons during the first year.
Let’s get started!
When you log into your learning portfolio, per the steps below, you will be inside a blog, with a url that includes your user id (your name). A template is applied to the site that every First Year student uses (do not change the template). You can navigate between “view” to see what the world is viewing and “dashboard” to add posts.
You can customize your LP title, make a background and add posts. Make sure to add your LP link to your Canvas Bio!
Log into my.newschool.edu and click on the Apps Locker:
Find Your Learning Portfolio in My New School Apps Locker
Sign in to your Learning Portfolio by Clicking “Login Here”
Sign into your site:
Scroll over your name in the upper left hand corner of the menu bar at the top, then click on “Visit Site”.
Your site is automatically created for you and looks like this:
