I thought this museum was really impactful in capturing the essence of this tragic day and included multiple perspectives, personally and factually. I mostly liked the second room that really went into depth of small artifacts, facts, timelines, news reports, but most touchingly, the mini testimonies recorded from the survivors. Honestly, it was emotionally exhausting there, but even more straining looking back since there was a terrorist attack in Paris today. Instantly, I flashed back to the museum and all of the sadness, loss, and tragedy the 9/11 terrorist attack brought, and connected it to how the French must feel momentarily. I resonate even deeper with the families, the city, and the nation now. Despite it being a gorgeous breezy and sunny fall day, it was overall a very difficult day to take in.
