We were told to construct a concept and incorporate time lapses, stop motion and elements of filmmaking (different angles, POV). For our video, we wanted to showcase our time and POV here in New York City, capturing little moments that have sentimental meaning to us. We were a little hesitant to follow through with our concept because we thought it would be cliché, but our efforts to be specific satisfied us in the end. Since we wanted to capture moments specifically from our POV’s, we explored the city and tried to look at it in new ways, ways that most people/tourists wouldn’t see.
