- Assignment Requirement:
Adapt TWO of the poems provided on Canvas as two one-page comics, using ALL the text and subdividing the text however you wish (it’s not necessary to have text in every panel, though you may choose to do so). For one of the two adaptions, you must compose what Scott McCloud would call a “parallel” text and image relationship, meaning that the images do not illustrate the text literally. The images may be continuous or may be discontinuous (illustrating the pieces of text in an indirect way). You must use our grid templates, but you may use the grid template of your choice for each comic. You do not have to use the same template for each of the two comics.
