The New York Art Book Fair at MoMA PS1

I decided to head to the Art Book Fair on its last day (Sunday, the 20th). As it was the last day, it was incredibly crowded, but that did not discourage me from wandering around, and exploring the works I was surrounded with. I’ve always been fascinated with people, their lives, their activities, and the things they produce. As a result, I spent much of my time looking at the variety of zines created, many of them being fairly erotic, including many selfies, and having numerous humerous concepts. After browsing through them, I ended up leaving very inspired, and plan on producing my own zine in the near future. There were also many stands with humerous stickers, buttons, sketches, and much more, with those (artists) sitting at the tables very excited to discuss their work with those who were interested in discovering more. This created a very positive atmosphere, despite the fact that the space was on the small side, and it was fairly hectic.
I was just as fascinated (if not more) by the people attending the Fair, many of whom had their own distinct styles. I spotted many tattoos, loose clothing, and funky hair, and decided to spend some time sitting on the steps to further watch those walking past me.IMG_5309IMG_5308
