For this project, I really wanted to make something that told a story of the places I call home. Although I have technically lived in Laguna Beach, California my whole life there are many other places that feel like home to me for various reasons. So I created a list:
Laguna Beach
San Francisco
Venice, Italy
Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S. Mexico
Los Barriles, B.C.S. Mexico
New York City
I really wanted to include all of these places but I felt that it would be too busy if I did so I narrowed it down to four. Laguna Beach, San Francisco, Cabo, and New York.

My first version of my book using iconic landmarks for all the cities.
Changed the colors to black and white because the rainbow was messy and unorganized.

Adding color, I selected 4 colors to use and added them in with a paint like brush in photoshop, adding texture and color.
