visit a place that sells the food and eat it:
For this assignment I visited Los Tacos No. 1 inside of Chelsea Market. I got to experience a taste of what it felt like to be back home in Mexico. Simple and delicious are the two words I would use to describe these tacos. The key of making excellent tacos are making them as simple as they can be, just like in Mexico.
The first feeling I got when entering this place is nostalgia and a sense of excitement. From the first moment I ordered got a sense of home and memories started coming back to me. I began thinking of all the good moments I have had at taco places with family, friends, and sometimes just on my own. Eating these tacos have a great sense of simplicity that gave a great flavor of Mexico’s authentic foods.
