Alexander Mcqueen
Spring 1999 Ready To Wear
Model: Shalom Harlow

I chose this fashionable dress because it was a piece of artwork involved with performance and technology. This strapless dress with a leather belt across the bust were painted in colors when the model spun around between two robots. It is surprised to see how fashion and technology can be connected with each other in order to make more fashionable pieces. I like how this dress is performed in front of the audience and what messages it tries to convey.
Comme des Garçons
Fall 1995 Ready-To-Wear
Model: Janine Giddings

This dress came from CDG’s Fall 1995 “Sweeter than Sweet” collection and its theme was involved with romantic and feminine. I chose this fashionable dress because its design was unique that model’s shoulders were restricted by the cloth, which emphasized those stereotypes towards women.
