When I was writing the letters of expressing the personal and vulnerable fears and anxiety to my partner, I had a chance and experience to carefully think about them, organize them, release them. Basically the experience was good. Even though I would recall many negative, awful, fearful and exasperating feeling, it seemed not stressing me out but a little relaxing in which the moment I set them down on paper. It also brought satisfying, pleasant, comfortable, thrilling and ecstatic feeling which were involved with them.
Reading people’s letters and interviewing them gave me a opportunity to know and understand the feeling, things, the way they thought and resolved, from someone else. It was like an approach to teach me how to deal with, when I face the problems.
