These two website pages are using the same responsive trigger(@media query) but designing in different visual effects. The first one is focusing on the text and the image. The motion, colors, positions, and typefaces are changed based on the size of the page when people are browsing it. The other one is very interesting. The inspiration is Squidward Tentacles from SpongeBob SquarePants Animation. His eyes are moving into different directions as well as his head turning around. Check below to see them:
