Introduction to Color

Previously the only color we dealt with in class were shades of grays, which some would argue isn’t even a color. With that said the next few exercises I show here was the first  time we were introduced to color.

There were four main exercise we had to do, three we had to do on the computer and one by hand. There were two color wheels that I did, one done by Illustrator which wasn’t that challenging and another by hand which was definitely a lot more challenging as I had to come up with the right mixes myself, which was definitely harder than it had seemed. Aside from those two there was also a transparency project similar to the one I did in greyscale, only this time I had to choose two different complimentary colors, which we learnt about when we made the complimentary proof on Illustrator as well.
