I was mainly focusing on how design changed within centuries. I traveled back to 1000 BCE and finished at 2015 CE. There 6 main categories and each are divided into 2 significant dates for them. In this poster I projected my fashion sense towards YSL and his designs, because he is my favorite designer and can portray even the basic colors in such intricate but delicate ways. That is exactly what I want to design in the future. Throughout the timeline I had a few questions in mind:
- How did design vary and develop within years?
- What was the cultures effect on design or designs effect on culture?
- What was the mindset of the people?
- How did they create materials to do art?
