Critic Response for Project Two

From the feedback notes I got from Malvika. There should be consistency between the models. Choose an explicit expression of thematic continuity.  Create an overarching. Small drawing is very complete. I do agree that the theme or the concept from the four models should have been a consistency and create a link. Two of my models so have a overarching. I do agree some of my models drawing are incomplete. I was trying to get out of my comfort zone using markers and try using pencils to create the line weights and the depth to the drawings. I had a hard time, but now I have an better understanding.

I only presented three  out of four models .   I did the last drawing after class and finished the the last model over the weekend. I know for the next time I should take my time. For example like try to do one model a day so I can separate my work in portion. So I can balance all my classwork. My missing model took me a long time to finish.

Also I did not finish one of my drawing out of eight drawings.  Some of the drawings are incomplete. Right after the class, I finished the last drawing. Over the weekend I finished the incomplete drawing.

As I was presenting my project. I was stating my goal for the project is to create and understand the meaning of threshold. Also creating large to small drawings to see different usage of space.

I used recycled wood, chipboard, butter board and balsa wood to create my 4 models. I worked in the wood shop to cut the recycled wood. Scored the chipboard and butter board  to bend it so I do not use a lot amount of glue.

Try to work with what I am comfortable with so my work show can be expressed and understood to the objective of the project.
